Head Chef, Robert McWhinnies, has combined his love of all things South American culture to create a your own feast from the many side dishes on offer. Expect flash fried green beans, with a zesty ginger and black bean dressing, and fried cauliflower with pops of currents, crunchy walnuts, suman and tahini, which are perfect for a light lunch.

If you’re after something heartier, then head straight for the fresh pappardelle with forest mushrooms and parmesan, or the king prawns on black spaghettini with the classic, simple combo of pangrattato, gremoulata, chilli, olive oil, and lemon.
