Sydney’s Northern Beaches is getting a serious wellness upgrade with the arrival of Longevity HQ, a next-generation recovery, performance and preventative health in Mona Vale.

Designed as a hub for modern bio-wellness, Longevity HQ brings together advanced recovery technologies, contrast therapy and calm, architectural design in one purpose-built destination. The 240-square-metre flagship blends private treatment rooms with an open-air sauna and ice bath courtyard, alongside indoor steam and Nordic rain showers, creating a space that works just as well for solo recovery sessions as it does for shared wellness rituals.

Inside, five private treatment rooms house a suite of science-led therapies focused on everything from muscle recovery and inflammation to energy, sleep and cognitive performance. Expect hyperbaric oxygen therapy, full-body red-light beds, lymphatic compression boots, neuromuscular activation, PEMF therapy, molecular hydrogen inhalation and guided neuro-meditation, all delivered in a calm, clinic-grade environment.

For those who prefer to recover together, Longevity HQ’s contrast therapy zone is a standout. A traditional Finnish sauna and ice bath sit in the open-air sanctuary, while inside you’ll find a steam room and Nordic rain showers designed to support circulation, nervous system regulation and full-body reset.

The centre also includes a dedicated IV Therapy Lounge, with vitamin infusions available for individuals or groups, plus optional add-ons like BrainTap, PEMF and molecular hydrogen to personalise each session.

Looking beyond one-off treatments, Longevity HQ will also introduce structured longevity programs later this year, combining assessments, recovery plans and progress tracking for people wanting to take a more proactive approach to long-term health.

All of this is housed inside a sculptural, minimalist space created by Blake Letnic Architecture, where natural stone, brushed aluminium, and curved forms meet soft, calming lighting to create a sanctuary designed to dial down stress and support restoration.
