Sydney’s vibrant harbour-side dining scene never slows down and we’re as excited as ever about the arrival of Lotus Dining at Barangaroo.
The mostly outdoors restaurant on the waterfront is complete with live fish tanks containing lobsters and crabs, a curated herb garden designed by horticulture specialists, and an eight seat dumpling kitchen, serving a whole new range of delicious dumpling delights.
Expect to find every modern Chinese favourite you can think of, as well as some new Shanghainese-inspired dishes, on a seafood heavy menu with a touch of Australiana throughout.
The wine list is heavy on aromatics from local and overseas producers to complement the Chinese flavours and the cocktail list will keep you coming back for more.
