When you're thinking dumplings, Walsh Bay is not the first place that pops into your mind. This eatery fills up quickly with pre-theatre goers as well as regular diners, possibly lured by the killer combo of dumplings and cocktails.
In-house dumpling master Lucy Luo can fold up to 40 dumplings in a minute, and the lucky few that can nab a table can indulge in her silky xiao long bao soup dumplings, with pork or chicken fillings, beautiful steamed scallop siumai, and assorted fried pot-sticker dumplings. There's a good mix of other Chinese favourites too, and of course you've got to try the cocktails... You might have to keep coming back to fit everything in!
