Madame Nhu specialises in all things pho and summer rolls, as all good Vietnamese eateries should. Here, they’re done with a modern Vietnamese flair and the menu involves dishes like grilled lemongrass pork summer rolls and baby banh mi—also known as Saigon sliders.
Set in Hawker Lane, Madame Nhu is the resident Vietnamese guru, with each dish hand-crafted daily from their own secret recipes and because authenticity is king, their restaurant’s décor is reminiscent of a Vietnamese-French villa, complete with aged outdoor furniture and tropical plants galore. We recommend you pick up a serve of pork cracklings while you’re there, for obvious reasons.
