Makanai Ramen Noodle House is a restaurant that makes every single soup and sauce from scratch, daily. A welcome addition to the Chatswood food scene, this noodle house is the Hawker Lane spot where you can choose one of five bases for your ramen, before adding in all of the extras that your little heart desires. For chilli lovers, the Super Volcano ramen has three chilies next to its name, and if you know anything about spice, you’ll know that three is not something for the light hearted.
