Sydney’s Tramsheds is all kinds of perfect already but it's just become even more delicious with the opening of Mama’s Buoi. This popular Vietnamese joint will be dishing up its signature authentic home-style and quite frankly, we can’t wait.
They are bringing all the usual menu faves like their pork belly skewers, Wagyu beef stir fry and crispy soft-shell crab and papaya salad. Soon all your Vietnamese wants and needs will be satisfied in the Tramsheds at Mama’s Buoi but until then you can get your fix with a mean pho at their other stores in Crows Nest and Surry Hills.
