Think the mother stock pot of all stock pots at Mao Cai in Chatswood, well known for its punchy Sichuan spicy soup. Eat-your-heart-out traditional, the team at Mao Cai skewer pretty much everything they can get their hands on and then sichuan the hell out of it. The menu has been translated into English, but that’s about all that’s changed since this authentic Sichuan gem landed in Chatswood.
