Mary’s VX

Mary's VX is the North Sydney outpost of one of the city's most famous burger joints.

Located within the Victoria Cross precinct, Mary's VX is the group's first open kitchen layout. Here you can soak up the theatre of the iconic Mary's Burger, with a full open kitchen and 10 kitchen counter seats, and booths all positioned around the action. 

The venue is also home to an exclusive new burger, created in collaboration with Grumpy Donuts and called the "Grumpy Clucker".

The sweet-to-savoury burger features extra-crunchy fried chicken sandwiched between a Double Glazed Grumpy’s doughnut and is topped with Mary's Sweet n Tangy sauce and Mary's pickles. 

Elsewhere on the menu, you'll find all your Mary's favourites—from the classic Mary's Burger to Larry's Bird fried chicken and plentiful vegan options. To drink, you'll find natural wines and craft beers via P&V Wine & Liquor. 

"We want our guests to see and understand why Mary's is one of the best burgers in the world," Mary's co-founders Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham said in a statement. 

"Incredible Aussie beef from the Gippsland, still produced in-house, with techniques refined over the past decade to deliver our iconic, five napkin, grill-thrillers. Pair that with a friendly face, cheeky joke, and a cold beer and we know Mary's is something Sydney can be proud to call its own."
