The delightful menu is made fresh on site and is inspired by the traditional home recipes and the light summery foods of the Mediterranean. The small-plate and mezze style dishes are perfect to share around the table, so you best be quick to pick them up off the carousel before anyone else. Fresh tiger prawns cooked in garlic, tender lamb skewers and arancini made with the finest porcini mushrooms are just a few of the delights that you might see pop up on the flame-grilled kitchen menu. And for those saving themselves for dessert, the chocolate pudding with seasonal berries or the baklava dripping in honey are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
