The Verdict
Located on the corner of George Street and Angus Lane, Meraki Merchants is the latest addition to Parramatta's ever-growing coffee scene.
The interiors are fresh and simple, creating a homely-scandinavian feel that is immediately welcoming and the eastern Mediterranean inspired menu delivers old-school classics with a twist.
Upgrading everybody's childhood favourites; the team at Meraki offer up Milo flavoured with rosewater and jaffles filled with Levantine sausage, Danish feta, olives and cheddar. Who knew a good ol’ toastie could be so fancy?
