Mia Dolci
Sydney's bakery scene just keeps getting better and better. Mia Dolci Italiani—which is an Italian pasticceria to be precise—has been dreamt up by Da Orazio chef Orazio D’Elia and classically trained Italian pastry chef Riccardo Falcone (ex-Rockpool).
Set up in a converted warehouse space in Alexandria and due to open in December 2022, Mia Dolci will be a mecca of Italian desserts, complete with an open pastry kitchen, chocolate room, cake shop, and cafe. Classic crispy ricotta-filled cannoli, rum baba, delizia al limone, and torta della nonna will all be on offer, as well as by-the-slice focaccia slab style pizza.
Mia Dolci is slated to open in early December 2022.
