Executive chef Sebastian Geray and consultant Joel Bennetts have developed a modern Mediterranean menu that might see you starting the day in the courtyard with a wood-fired flatbread, or lunching on beef tartare, king prawns, and burrata.
The stunning, light-filled venue (designed by interior designer Nic Graham, whose touch you might know from QT hotels) even has a retail space with curated deli products so you can DIY a picnic to enjoy in the park, and a dedicated terrace for special events, making it a true all-rounder for Western Sydney locals.
