Mobius Bar & Grill has recently opened at Pullman Sydney Airport, offering visitors an all-day menu from 5.30am.
Breakfast is a classy affair, with options like fresh breads and pastries, meats, cheeses and hot dishes – and our coveted smashed avocado with fetta, dukka and an egg on top. It then turns into an all-day antipasti and tapas menu, with Wagyu cheeseburger sliders and salt and pepper squid with chilli dressing amongst other mouth-watering options.
Finally, dinner is inspired by a combination of modern Australian and Asian influence, with meals like Confit duck with corn and edamame succotash and smoked confit potato earning our tick of approval. The signature cocktails don’t hurt either…
