The Verdict
The guys at Modus Operandi spent 6 months in the US travelling around in a caravan; brewing, talking, brewing, and drinking all the beer possible (sounds pretty sweet to us). Their modus operandi is 'beer first, no shortcuts' (see what we did there?) and they fittingly,offer a huge selection of beers, brewed especially for the Aussie palette including the ‘Silent Night Porter’, which features aromas of rich chocolate and roast.
To accompany your beer, the menu is filled with hearty dishes that pair perfectly with a brew, from burgers to pork belly tacos and a great range of pizzas as well. In case you need any more incentive, these guys offer Basic Thursdays, with $15 jugs of selected beers from 6pm, and half pint upgrades on selected beers all day Fridays. What a way to start the weekend #amirite?
