MOLO at Manta

There’s no better way to while away an afternoon than spending it by the water with a vino in one hand and tasty Aperitivo in the other. Lucky for you, Manta has heard your calls (and ours); launching their new pop-up Italian Aperitivo wine bar MOLO, right on the trendy Woolloomooloo wharf. 

Expect dishes that take advantage of Sydney’s harbourside location, while embracing all of the goodness that is Italian cuisine. Like the ricotta with fried zucchini and Sicilian anchovy and the risotto with heirloom tomato and mussels, both which will go perfectly with their—already super impressive—wine and cocktail list. 

MOLO is set to open their doors on Friday 28 April and they’ll be open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Sunday.
