Moon Park
The verdict
Located just across the way from Redfern Park, dining on Moon Park's Korean fusion is a delight. The fried chicken is renowned, as is the tarakjuk, shreds of oxtail, kkaennip kimchi and jelly cubes of tender beef tendon. Brought to you by ex-Claude's chef Bean Sears and partner Eun Hee An, the team is rounded out by Ned Brooks of Brooks & Amos wine wholesalers. If you get the opportunity, sit outside on Moon Park's terrace balcony and watch gentrified Redfern pass you by.
