Consider Rosebery cafe More a dream come true: this cute suburban spot comes with iced matcha on tap, ready to be dispensed into cups lined with vibrant strawberry syrup. More is a second venue from the team behind Our Father cafe in Sydney’s south, tucked in the foyer of an office building around the corner from The Cannery.

As well as the green elixir fuelling most of Sydney, More does a menu of satisfying brunch staples like a bagel with Wagyu pastrami, Westmont pickles, Swiss cheese and special sauce; a three-cheese and hot honey toastie; avocado toast; and a smoky chipotle chicken salad.

On top of the matcha magic, there’s Single O coffee, shakes, and a cabinet stacked with Butter Boy cookies and pastries.

Weekend warriors take note, More only opens Monday–Friday to cater to the neighbouring businesses, so you’ll have to make time to visit during the week.
