The verdict
Located in the beachside suburb of Bronte, Moxhe is a modern Australian restaurant that is taking advantage of the fresh seafood on their doorstep. Their concept is to bring the diversity of the Sydney Fish Market to the table, which is clear in their menu. The dishes incorporate uniquely Australian produce, like the hand picked sand crab with cauliflower, kohlrabi and lemon thyme. Don’t skip out on dessert either, because there’s an apple tart (served with cognac ice-cream) that has your name all over it.
To complement the seafood, Moxhe has a long list of beers on offer, from Belgium and all of the Australian states. The wine is a different story, showcasing the best of the world, with wines from Australia, France, Italy and New Zealand.
