The Verdict

Three of our all time favourite words are All Day Breakfast and we know it’s music to your ears too. Mr Mo has opened up on Campbell Street in the heart of Surry Hills and is serving up a delicious range of brekky options on the daily. There are meat options, sweet options and veggie delights too and we’ve got our eye on the pesto hash browns with poached egg, roast tomato and bacon, or the rustic bacon and egg roll (or wrap) with chilli jam, tomato or BBQ sauce.

For lunch, Mr Mo is sandwich king and there are old favourites like the steak sandwich, BLT or Reuben, or the roast pumpkin with caramelised onion, tomato, Jarlsberg cheese and mayo. Salads and heavier mains are also on offer if you’ve got a big appetite (lets face it, you probably do), order the mushroom, spinach and pesto rigatoni pasta, or the pulled pork bun with pineapple coleslaw and chunky chips.

After dark, the dinner menu is designed to share with smaller, medium and larger plates, perfect for groups. The gourmet bacon, garlic and cheese pot rolls are the goods, and the asparagus and radish salad with cherry tomato and blood orange is perfect for anyone gluten free, vegetarian or vegan.

Mr Mo is licensed with a selection of wines, local and imported beer and cider, and spirits on offer, as well as fresh juices like the pineberry, which is, a combo of pineapple and blueberries (go figure).
