You know Nighthawk Diner as the American food diner on wheels and you can find this gem’s new permanent set up in Chippendale. It’s basically the home of all the best grubby and delicious feeds you can find in Sydney, and we’re not just talking about burgers here guys. They’re keeping with tradition, with a menu that’s short n’ sweet with nachos, sambos (the Cuban and fried chicken kind) and yah-huh, dessert too.

Our top pick for this spot is hands down their Philly cheesesteak. Picture a thinly sliced beef, melted cheese, capsicum and onion, all stuffed into a long bread roll. Their iconic food truck will be parked in it’s bay when not in use and American sports and movies will be projected on the walls, just to really add to those diner vibes we’re already loving a little too much.
