Nutie Donuts
The verdict
Nutie Donuts have been making the rounds on the farmers market and food truck festival scene for a while in Sydney and now, Balmain locals (and anyone that will travel for doughnuts—all of you) will have a brick and mortar store to visit daily. The best part is that Nutie bakes with only the highest quality gluten free ingredients and they also have dairy free and vegan options, so anyone with intolerances will leave, full, happy and on an extreme sugar high.
The official opening is this Saturday 4 March, from 10am at which point they’ll start giving away 100 free doughnuts. For every doughnut sold thereafter, $1 will be donated to PCYC, which helps to keep children in the local community active and to amp up the local pride, there will also be a West Tigers Donut on sale, especially for the opening day.
