When it comes to discussing Sydney's best classic restaurants, Onde is definitely at the top of the list. This Darlinghurst restaurant has been close to the hearts of Sydneysiders for the better part of 20 years, and for good reason.
Serving up some of the best provincial French food in Sydney and an offering an eclectic wine list with many wines by the glass and 375ml carafe, Onde will leave you happily full-bellied every time. We can’t go past the salt cod brandade, but others will be smitten with the classic duck confit or steak frites. Be sure to indulge in a post-feast chocolate terrine while you finish off your (second) bottle of wine.
