Nestled in the heart of Balmain, One6Eight is committed to bringing fine dining back to this Sydney suburb. Here you can expect impressive dishes that pair unlikely ingredients. Exhibit A is the seared duck breast with parsnip puree and aerated raspberry custard, which sounds just crazy enough to be delicious.
