The Verdict
The former head chef of Bills in Darlinghurst has ventured out on his own to present us with Oratnek, a rustic eatery where everything is made in house. There’s everything from chia and quinoa pots to miso BBQ beef san choy bow, with an array of vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options available too, so everyone’s welcome! With a motto of ‘finished everyday, fresh the day after’, you can’t go wrong with a breakfast/brunch/lunch at Oratnek.
