Osteria Di Russo & Russo brings fresh and seasonal Australian produce together with traditional Italian flavours in Enmore. The menu is based on sharing, and features house made goat's milk ricotta with grilled beans, preserved lemon, mint, apple and balsamic crumb, to Australian influenced items such as the raw kangaroo rump with tuna dressing, caper leaf, pickled onion and horseradish.
The sheep's milk yoghurt and white chocolate panna cotta is a must, served with citrus fruits and lemon myrtle meringue.
