Every neighbourhood needs a local Italian Trattoria, which is why we are moving to Chippendale ASAP to get around Ottimo Centrol. This local has landed straight off the plane from Nonna’s kitchen in Italy, with fresh buffalo mozzarella delivered every day, as well only the freshest of toppings donning the pizza base of champions.
The menu ranges from homemade pastas, thin pizzas and ample offerings of seafood. The panna cotta alla vaniglia definitely lives up to the ‘locals’ standard, and the kids are all organised with a separate menu.
Save the airfare, head to Ottimo Centro instead.
