Pablo’s Vice

You would likely miss this tiny Darlinghurst/Surry Hills café were it not painted fire engine red. This hole-in-the-wall café on the corner of Crown and Goulburn pumps out Campos coffee, simple breakfast dishes and sandwiches for patrons on-the-go. Pablo’s Vice has been around forever and has a charmingly relaxed vibe.

The daily offerings are scrawled on a chalkboard and will usually include muesli, a jazzed up version of eggs-on-toast and a selection of sandwiches made with Sonoma bread. Inside you will find limited but comfy bench seating, with a couple of chairs on the street if you prefer the outdoors.
