Paddock is the cafe in Surry Hills you to head if you can’t decide whether to play it naughty or nice this Sunday morning. For a naughty start to the day, order the French toast with its crisp exterior and soft middle, doused in sweet raspberry syrup, salty maple peanut butter (!!!) and berry compote. If you are feeling nicer, opt for the fruity acai bowl or zucchini fritters served over thinly sliced salmon gravlax, poached egg, avocado, ricotta and spicy dukkah.
