Giving us sidney-siders a twist on the average gelato (and let’s face it, we’re spoilt for choice) in its retro fit-out, the flavours here are previously untasted, unseen and still remain unmatched in Australia. Mastering 36 unique flavours, almost half are Greek and based on delicious greek pastries like watermelon and feta. For those feeling a little less adventurous, Pagoto still hosts a delicious pool of conventional flavours, coffees and frappes.
