Painted is a Sydney nail salon focused on nail health and hygiene in a relaxing and stylish salon environment.

Services are waterless to minimise the risk of water-borne infections, and Painted uses non-toxic products to contribute to nail and overall health, and hospital-grade sterilisers to treat tools for the highest degree of cleanliness.

Painted is a project by Nicole Doube-May, who ditched corporate life as a software developer and product manager to deliver the dreamy Darlinghurst nail salon, with talented and highly experienced nail technicians who’ve worked on the claws of celebs including Katy Perry.

Services include manicures and pedicures (finished with shellac or chip-resistant Dazzle Dry polish), BIAB nails, and gel extensions with luxe upgrade add-ons available. Painted’s skilled team can deliver nail art ranging from chrome to French tips, illustrated designs, and detailed blooming or 3D creations with consultation, and specialised offerings include group bookings for up to eight, silent services, and mini manis for under-12s to get a little glam.

The sun-lit salon features a warm palette, bespoke pieces from Sydney furniture fabricators Palomar Rowe, and fresh flowers for a bright, natural nail salon experience.
