And with leather studded booths, apricot velvet-covered plush chairs and an open and airy #atmos you can be sure that your brunch will soon be turning into a long lunch/dinner/night on the town (no judgement, it’s the weekend).
And what may you ask is a Latin-American style brunch? Picture mimosas, Bloody Marys and micheladas, Friday to Sunday. Basically, it’s perfect for anyone who’s had a loonnngg week.
On the food front, Panama House offers brekky perfection in the form of share-style dishes like a gumbo omelette stuffed with prawns and chorizo on a bed of habanero corn bread, topped with black beans and a delish salsa verde. If you’re feeling extra hungry though, try their corned beef hash brown perfectly laid on a bed of spinach, and topped with a poached egg, roasted tomato and chipotle hollandaise.
