The verdict
Redfern locals, Moon Park are changing things up, with a new name—Paper Bird—and a new home in Potts Point. You can hit this one up for Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese and Korean-inspired food, so yes, this will sit very firmly in the Asian fusion camp (and we’re okay with it).
It’ll be open all day, errryday serving up fan faves like kingfish sashimi, soy and maple fried chicken and breakfast classics with a Japanese twist. Think Korean Bloody Marys, pork katsu sandos (yes, for brunch) and XO arancini balls that you just know are going to be a winner.
If the delicious food isn’t enough to convince you to head to Paper Bird, you’ll be pleased to hear that they also have an 85-strong wine list (!!) in addition to their impressive range of sake.
