Originating in Malaysia in 2005 and expanding to now more than 80 outlets worldwide, Broadway is the latest mark on the map from the PappaRich Group. The spacious, earthy-coloured decor provides a relaxed dining ambience among the energetic crowd, while the staff is fast and attentive. And now they're partnered with fried chicken legends, Belles Hot Chicken, to create what is perhaps the most popular sandwich to enter our offices. The sandwich features Belle’s signature fried chicken and is stacked with Malaysian slaw and coconut vinegar plus a  ‘Pappa Mac’ sauce layered between PappaRich’s sweet Hainan bread. No rave reviews could do this baby justice; you just need to eat one (okay, two) ASAP. Well, once it actually becomes available on 9 April at PappaRich's Liverpool Street and Ultimo locations.
