This brunch gem on Bondi Beach has been officially relaunched. They’ve got a new fit out thanks to local interior designer, Ally Marotte, a new chef and a best of all, a brand new menu. Open their large timber doors and head into the café with a strong Moroccan presence for a seriously delish beach-side brekkie.
The new chef, Rakesh, says his secret is simple, fresh ingredients, dishes made from scratch and presented beautifully. The menu has a number of signature dishes such as their tahini eggs and plenty of classics with a tasty twist. Their own take on the traditional eggs benedict (aptly titled the Parida Benedict) includes fresh avo and feta smash (YUM). And you can always go for a mid-morning cocktail, with their wide selection of delicious drinks available all day long.
