The verdict

One of Sydney's best Italian restaurants, Pasta Emilia serves up fresh, hand made pasta that's mostly organic. More than just a delicious restaurant, these guys sell at local markets, host cooking classes and offer items you can take home (and cook up a storm). There's a strong focus on sustainability here and they truly support local suppliers, farmers and artisans through the ingredients they use.
