The Verdict

Turkish food means comfort food, and PAZAR Food Collective gives us the goods at this Canterbury restaurant. With a menu designed to share we suggest getting to getter with a big group of friends for the collective menu which includes at least ten dishes, from the wood fired orange blossom pide bread, to the wood oven smoked lamb shoulder (we did say comfort food). Upgrade and add dessert and get the Churros Booza ice cream sandwich. All that's left to do is to undo the top button of your pants and slip into a food coma.
