Penny Fours is a delightful little patisserie in Sydney that's providing us with many a sweet treat, all in petite sizes to allow you to enjoy a number of different tarts in a sitting.
Run by ex-pastry chef of Tetsuya’s and Sepia there's an even bigger excuse to eat all the cakes. Just some of the winners are lemon meringues, creme brulee and salted macadamia tarts, but be on the look out for the brioche with fillings like the rhubarb and strawberry custard brioches. Croissants are also baked fresh in-house so maybe prepare to get some take away to eat on the way home.
