The verdict
For an all over workout you can’t go past Physicore. They offer 50 minute workouts that are designed to help you become strong and toned no matter your existing level of fitness. Known as "Pilates on steroids" the beds are larger than your typical reformer Pilates machine, and they focus on slow and consistent movements rather than a higher number of reps. While the slow movements may look easier, trust us, they are not!
With small class numbers and dedicated instructors, you'll become hooked to Physicore.
