For mains, Pilu at Freshwater is known for its divine slow-roasted suckling pig, and the goldband snapper with whey, Australian native herbs and house-made bottarga is a fitting choice to pair with the ocean views from the dining room.

Pilu at Freshwater also offers a Sardinian experience tasting for $198pp, with the option to add Sardinian wines for an additional $85pp, or a premium wine pairing for $140pp.
