Having recently undergone a complete facelift, Pink Salt is back with vengeance. The New York-style interior has been matched with a variety of delicious share plates and a well-curated wine list. The menu, created by head chef Mark Williamson, features Mediterranean flavours, with highlights including corn and chorizo croquettes, slow-cooked lamb shoulder and pork belly.
