With an aim to ride the wellness wave into a healthy fast-food future, this tropical eatery offers simple, tasty and nutritious food that captures the soul and freshness of Hawaii. Named after the Hawaiian term poke, meaning ‘to cut or slice into small pieces’, this quirky Coogee hub boasts a sustainable, local and seasonable menu focusing on fresh seafood marinated in tasty, Japanese-inspired condiments.  

Being the coconut addicts that we are, we simply cannot look past the ‘Coconut Delight’, an incredibly instagrammable dish that features cured white fish, coconut milk, citrus flavours and crunchy seasonal vegetables. Poke’s cute Hawaiian flagship store is located at Dudley St Coogee, but you can also catch them at Bondi Markets every Saturday from 9-1pm. So what are you waiting for?
