Inspired by the 2014 film, The Hundred-Foot Journey, Chef Opel Khan pays homage to Indian flavour and spices and French techniques. Located within Palate Hotel, Pondicherry seats 26 people within its richly coloured interiors.
Having worked alongside Marco Pierre White, Chef Khan's menu encapsulates his classical training with traditional Bengali food he grew up eating. Featuring both an a la carte menu and degustation menu, Pondicherry's butter chicken marshmallow is definitely a dish to keep an eye out for. It's Indian food like you've never experienced.
