You'll first recognise Posto by its ever-changing table plant décor, be drawn in by the sweet aroma of freshly baked treats direct from the oven, and get to know it by its fabulously hearty all-day breakfast and lunch fare. With a menu inspired by Mediterranean and Italian cooking, such as baked eggs in chorizo, tomato and basil sugo, or spaghetti baked in a bag, it's no wonder the boys behind it, including entrepreneur Simon Chalmers, have extended their reach to Surry Hills' café-cum-retail store The Stables.
