The Verdict
Meat eaters gather round—there's a new smokehouse in town and you can find it at the Potts Point Hotel.
Completely taking over from what was once The Sugarmill, the Potts Point Hotel boasts a brand-new fit out and modern smokehouse-style menu (we're talking sticky beef spare-ribs, Carolina pulled pork shoulder and Grain fed Riverina Angus beef brisket) with all meats smoked for up to 8 hours daily. Served with pickles and corn bread, wash it down with one of 16 beers on tap and watch all your food dreams come true.
When you've finished tucking into all of the glorious meats, get your laughing gear around one (or three) cocktails created by Rollo Anderson of The Rook fame. Named after infamous Potts Point identities (think Tilly Devine and Carlotta Spencer) these bad boys include twists on classics such as Carlotta Collins (with Tanqueray, Aperol and ruby grapefruit) or Tilly’s Razorblade (with Havana Club 3, lime, honey and cayenne pepper), you're not going to want to leave.
