The verdict
Sydney’s favourite (and most celebrated) steak restaurant, Prime, has been consistently voted as the best steak restaurant in Sydney since 1999. The interior is inspired by a New York style fine dining restaurant and has an impressive a la carte menu to match, offering 18 premium steak options, including Wagyu, Black Angus and Angus Hereford Yearlings, which would be music to any steak lover’s ears. They also offer a variety of seafood, poultry and vegetarian dishes (yes, really), for anyone who isn’t in the mood for steak.
Prime is also home to the world’s first meat degustation, which showcases premium cuts only, sourced from some of Australia’s best producers.
