Standouts include Cone Bay barramundi, farro sweetcorn, pencil leeks and yarra yalley pearls, Hiramasa kingfish with avocado, mango, breakfast radish, cucumber and green shallot as well as oysters three ways, you will not be walking out of here on an empty stomach.

We recommend you take a moment to truly soak up the iconic wine makers that fill the menu before making your all-important decision. Our picks are the Gianconda Chardonnay, which hails from Beechworth in Victoria or the George Duboeuf Fleurie, a robust and fruity red from the Beaujolais region in France. For a nod to the classics, you can’t go wrong with a 1997 pinot from Bollinger.
