Owner, Dean Haustead, a past Aussie Rules player and recent winner of the NSW & Australian titles in Brazilian Jujitsu, brings his passion for health and fitness to life with his hot yoga and Pilates studio in Glebe. Quro Health Studios is made up of three internal studios and a program focussed on strengthening and toning your bod, making it the perfect place to help you create your new healthy, and happy, lifestyle.
Choose from the reformer Pilates studio, the the yoga/dance studio (think Zumba and now parent and child yoga) and the rehabilitation studio, making it near guaranteed that you'll find your perfect work out.
