The verdict

Scooping out some of Sydney's best gelato, RivaReno Gelato is bringing authentic Italian desserts to the shores of Barangaroo. The gelato here will be some of the softest and creamiest you'll come across and the guys here use fresh ingredients (no artificial flavourings here!) including single origin Valrhona chocolate, caramelised pecans and ‘high altitude’ mascarpone, as well as pistachios, hazelnuts and almonds that have been imported from Italy.
