With the impressive—and delicious—café Three Blue Ducks behind him, Robertson is set to open Rocker in Bondi. Whether it’s a lazy, Sunday brunch after a day at the beach or a get together with friends, Rocker has a bit of something for everyone. The food is inspired by home-cooked meals, in a space that emanates chilled, Bondi vibes.
Whilst one option on the menu includes sea urchin toast, which might make you question if it’s April fools, check your calendrer, because it isn’t, and their food is definitely no joke. Expect mains that are hearty, like the pappardelle with lamb ragu and home-style cooking at its finest—this will be a local’s favourite but not a secret anymore.
